Ready to wow everyone with unforgettable moments, laughter, color, and fun at your event? Booking with Laughing Llama is simple!
Here’s how:
- Reach Out: Contact us through our website, email us at melandmike@laughingllama.llc or give us a call at (414)293-2994 to discuss your event details, including date, time, and location.
- Discuss Your Vision: Share your ideas, themes, or preferences, and let us tailor our our services to suit your event perfectly.
- Get a Quote: We’ll provide you with a customized quote based on the scope of your event and the number of attendees.
- Confirm Details: Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll confirm all the details, including any specific requests and logistical considerations.
- Complete Documents: Next, we will send you a Certificate of Insurance, a Booking Agreement for you to review and sign, and the invoices for the Deposit and Remainder.
- Secure Your Date: To secure our services for your event, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept card, check, and cash.
- Enjoy the Experience: Sit back, relax, and let us handle the rest. We will show up 15-30 minutes prior to our scheduled start time for setup. You just need to provide a well-lit space for us to work in!
